• All new memberships have a one-time signup fee

• New Memberships are prorated for the first month

• A Debit or Credit card is required on file for monthly payments

• Cancellations are only accepted in writing and before the 2nd of the month.

• Cancellations are not prorated; a canceled membership remains active until the 1st of the following month.

• Key fob return is required to finalize cancellation of membership.
